Want to talk about racial harmony with your child? Start here

[ad_1]

Racial Harmony Day is an important day in the school calendar, but our involvement as parents often ends after sending our children to school dressed in ethnic costumes.

If you are keen to have conversations at home with your child on this topic, try using these activities as a springboard.

These activities – and more – can be found in the Kindsville Times Junior (for Primary 1 and 2 students), Kindsville Times Adventure (for Primary 3 and 4 students) and A-OK! (for Primary 5 and 6) publications, which every primary school student receives.

Here are some samples of the activities you can find in your child’s copy of Kindsville Times or A-OK! Ask them for their copy to work on the activities together, or find the e-copy at kindsville.kindness.sg/read
