Teacher Shortage Impacts Classrooms In the US

The teacher shortage in the United States is a much-discussed topic, with some estimates suggesting that as many as 100,000 teaching positions are unfilled nationwide. In Mesa, Ariz., for example, Westwood High School is short on math teachers. Principal Christopher Gilmore says he has never started the year there with so many math positions open.
