The NAHT school leaders’ union will ballot headteachers on whether they want to go on strike above pay out for the 1st time, its chief has introduced.
Paul Whiteman claimed his union, which has about 35,000 customers mainly in primary schools, will talk to its membership in England if they want to acquire industrial action above a pay offer really worth 5 for every cent to most teachers and leaders.
